Are you a member of any industry bodies/organizations?

Neuron Global is proud to be a supplier member of 1NService – a global consortium of systems integrators and technology suppliers. Members of 1NService work together to enable service delivery and competency outside of their own solutions, thereby creating more revenue and profitability through collaboration. We are also members of two geographically-focused technology organizations – the New York Technology Council and PSIA (The Philippine Software Industry Association) which aims to improve the growth and global competitiveness of the Philippine Software Industry.

What is “software development capacity augmentation” and how can it help my company?

Software development capacity augmentation is a service that is particularly useful for: systems integrators who have an internal application development practice, software development companies, and companies that have in-house software development teams. The purpose of this service is to allow organizations to scale their development team quickly and cost-effectively. Our goal is to offer our clients and partners maximum flexibility to increase/decrease the size of their development team to match their current workload.

What types of development projects does Neuron Global have experience with?

Well, the first thing to recognize is that “experience” comes in many different forms. From a technology standpoint, we have a diverse set of programming skill sets,  including but not limited to: .NET, SharePoint, Java, Drupal, PHP, WordPress, and Magento. We’ve also worked on different kinds of projects  – information portals, social networking sites, industry-specific applications, solution-centric applications, information-based websites, and more. Last but not least, it’s worth mentioning that we are willing to take on stalled/failed projects – in fact we have a “recovery plan” to get these projects out of the trash and moving in the right direction!

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms reflect the nature of the project. If you’ve hired us to provide dedicated development resources or online marketing services, we require payment on or near the start of the work period. This ensures the availability of the team working on your account, without conflict. If we are working on a development project with clear-cut milestones, we will often align payment with the achievement of these pre-determined milestones.

How do I track of the progress of my project when working with Neuron Global?

Neuron Global can offer a number of different ways for our clients and partners to track the progress of their project. Depending on the size and stage of the project we will use web-based collaboration tools like JIRA – giving clients and partners the ability to log requests and monitor them after the fact. We will also: provide daily email updates, schedule calls at regular intervals with our project managers and/or lead developers, and upload code to an environment of your choosing so you can see our hard work as frequently as you’d like!

Do you warranty your work?

Yes – we typically warranty our development projects for a period of 30 days past completion. We also offer all of our clients with competitively-priced maintenance agreements once the warranty period has ended.  Partners please note – Neuron Global carries a $1 million Errors and Omissions insurance policy for our work and we would be happy to provide you with a copy, upon request.
